Rampant Stupidity
Dec. 3rd, 2003 01:51 pmWhat is it about "It's a matter of public record" requires third-party endorsement? Seriously. If my salary is set by Congress, approved by the President, and freely available for perusal to anyone who asks, why do I need to have my CO sign off on it? It's not like I can't provide them proof that I'm a Marine, or of the pay grade that I say I am. Why does a military pay chart need a signature?
I'm in an alternate dimension, I swear.
