I finished the first half of the new Chapter One, and it seems to work pretty nice. Lots of info, but I think I have it organized nicely. Seems to make sense anyway, and I don't think it's too info-dumpy. 2745 words, right now. Maybe more before I go to bed.

I have overlapping blisters in my right instep. I got the first one four weeks ago, actually, when I ran 3 miles for my Physical Fitness Test. We ran another one last weekend, and I added another blister. Then Tuesday I ran, and tried some moleskin, but I'm not sure how well that worked. Ran another two miles today, and I certainly did add another layer of hurt. Really going to need to do something about that. Might have to not run this Saturday.

That commercial for the new Myst game got me intrigued on the Peter Gabriel song it features, "Burn You Up, Burn You Down." I think it kinda reminds me of the Motown stuff I grew up listening to. That's what I hear in it, anyway. I could be wrong. It's from the CD Up, which has been on my wishlist for a while, but now I'm actually motivated to buy it.

Worked out today with Lcpl. Meth Lab (our nickname for him, he doesn't really do Meth), which was cool. He's going to bring Teague ("Tuh-goo? Teh-guh?" "Rhymes with 'league,' First Sergeant.") next Friday to help move furniture. Some of these guys, it'll be cool to hang out with them for a whole year. Others, on the other hand... hmmm...
