Total: 45034
Marks the end of Chapter 11. Still have to decide what to do with the opening scene. Might leave that to wait until a comprehensive rewrite which, at this pace, should not take long to get to.
(500 words per day, ~50,000 words to go = 100 days, or by Christmas)
And, of course, there's chunks that I'm not totally thrilled with, but I'm confident that I'll get them in the rewrite. At this point in time I'm just looking to finish, and get the darned thing done by Christmas.
