Productivity, natch

I'm happy about getting out at least a little bit every day, though it still makes me a bit sad that I considered last night to be a boon in productivity, yet I didn't even crack a thousand words. Partly, I think it's the limitations to writing long-hand; I type way, way faster than I write, and I would get more out in the same amount of focused time.
That's the kicker, of course. The notebook and pen make me focus (aside from the occasional distractions of the wifey watching "Charmed") much more than I would sitting here at my keyboard. As it is, I'm taking too much time doing this, and I need to get in the shower.
