On Background: I'm leading a panel/presentation thingy on making the most out of the internet at Penguicon 5.0 this year and, while I have my own ways of doing so, I'm a little curious to see how everyone else out there does the same. If you do offer an answer, don't leave anything out, no matter how obvious. I'm going to try to make that part of the theme of the presentation--that something I may take for granted may still be a heretofore untouched trove of usefulness--since I've been pointed to resources in the recent past that have been staples to my friends, and unknown to me.

So, where do you get the information (and opinion, I suppose) that you're after on-line? How do you make the most out of the internet?
