Or two.

Made a big long run down I-94 today, totalling about 400 miles round trip. Tomorrow, it's back to Brighton for another crack at the Hugest Job Evar.

The past couple days I've been reading The Family Trade by Charlie Stross. Good story, but I get the nagging feeling it could be a lot shorter. And the dialogue has not been settling well with me. But otherwise, it seems like a pretty good read and I'm looking forward to picking up the sequel in PB.

Later, I'm going to post one of the coolest pictures you've seen lately.

Via my good friend Bart, who is deployed to Iraq right now. He didn't set the scene, but he did take the picture.

Those of you who know him, might have already seen it.

A Damn Funny Picture )

I think it's funny anyway.

ETA: Heh. Pictures at 11:11 on 1/11. I'm unintentionally hilarious.
