Monday Morning Quarterbacking

Not in the traditional sense, just in the sense that I wanted a football-related term.

Heard Saturday night during the OSU-USC game:

"You've really hit your head on the nail, there..."

And then Sunday during the Lions' game:

"He's generating more headlines than a corduroy pillow!"

*sigh*

Yeah, anyway. 'twas a good weekend with my littlest brother coming over from MSU to hang out and play videogames and eat my food and otherwise bounce around the room. I meant to go see The Incredibles, but never quite got around to it, so maybe sometime this week before we head down to WindyCon. We also hung out with sdrawkcabyaj and fightin_icegrrl and luchie and asil4225 and all those other cool peoples who were there but don't have LJ's. My sisters-in-law and brother-in-law only hung out for a little while, but it was fun all the same. tappu and I got our butts handed to us in Trivial Pursuit ('90s Edition) by just about everyone else who was playing, and that was kinda depressing, but otherwise we all seemed to have a good time.

And then at the very end, I told a couple of war stories, and there's a good chance that I won't be telling any more for a while, other than I might post another one or two in here.

Now back to the job hunt. *sigh*
