Whole Lotta Nothin'

And I'm not just lying to keep my family from worrying about me.

The wife's pregnant, which is, of course, something, but at this stage of the game, it doesn't look like much and it's not taking a lot of effort or anything. That'll be later.

In the meantime, I'm looking for a job, which sucks. Basically, I'm applying for anything that I might be halfway qualified for, and doing a lot of finger-crossing. Should any Grand Rapidians out there have any leads on jobs that I might be semi-qualified for, I'd appreciate a good word or two.

Anyway, I'm likely to be doing some writing today, again, finally. No, I'm not going to be consciously participating in NaNoWriMoNoNoMoNoWriNaMoMoNa, but I do need to get back to writing after about a month or two off. Getting in the gym, likewise, is a priority, and happily I've already gone today.

Oh yes, and I must play more NASCAR Thunder 2005. Why? Um... because it makes my fingers hurt?

Other than that, I watched The Rundown tonight, which was funnier (and better) than it could have been. Ol' Dwayne Johnson ain't so bad an actor, but I guess all that time in the WWE ring will help you with the acting chops, eh?

And thank God the election garbage is over tomorrow. I'm going to play Halo with luchie and her husband and asil4225 and maybe sdrawkcabyaj if he wants to come. Rather than watch the coverage. Wake me when it's over.
