Four separate sessions of writing, but I had my nascent routine shuffled around a bit. Things have settled down again, though, and I should be progressing nicely again soon.
Workout: Chest, Back, Shoulders
After a while off, I picked up where I'd left off back two weeks ago. The gym at the time of day that I go varies between busy and insanely busy, so sometimes it's getting hard to get in the specific workout I want to do in a timely manner.
